Initial bur, Ø1.8 mm, 5x

This initial bur can be used to place bleeding points or to pre-drill the bone, before the insertion of the membrane fixation pins. Pre-drilling is recommended in case of hard bone. Two initial burs are included in the creos™ pin fixation kit.
