  • Course overview

    This is a unique comprehensive “team-oriented” course, which will train clinician teams (surgeon and restorative dentists) on a successful multidisciplinary approach in planning and treating All-on-4® treatment concept patient cases using guided surgery principles and protocols. Attendees will be instructed on techniques for the complete treatment of a patient case, from evaluation through the final restoration. The course will focus on patient evaluation, pre-planning, fabrication of scanning appliances, DTX Studio™ software training unique to the All-on-4® treatment concept, NobelGuide® guided surgery instrumentation and techniques, and prosthetic componentry. The role of the dental lab in pre-planning and conversion, both direct (chairside) and indirect, will be extensively discussed. Hands-on DTX Studio Implant software training with cases using the All-on-4® treatment concept will be provided. Financial and practice management considerations will be discussed as well.

    This course is designed for clinicians who have a working knowledge of the DTX Studio Implant software and the NobelGuide workflow, and a basic knowledge of the All-on-4® treatment concept.

    After this one-day course, the participant will…
    – Be able to identify the advantages of using the DTX Studio software with the NobelGuide concept in planning and implementing the All-on-4® treatment concept.
    – Understand DTX Studio Implant as it relates to patient cases using the All-on-4® treatment concept.
    – Know each team member’s roles in the patient treatment, and the rationale and workflow behind them.
    – Be able to evaluate surgical and restorative techniques, instrumentation, and componentry necessary to plan and execute guided patient cases using the All-on-4® treatment concept.
    – Understand the financial and practice management aspects of these comprehensive patient treatment cases.
