    New biologic materials and techniques are changing the face of implant surgery. This comprehensive course will review techniques and advancements in soft and hard tissue grafting including indications, treatment planning, techniques and an update in soft & hard tissue anatomy. This course will highlight some new surgical techniques which are showing great improvements in patient comfort, postoperative healing, graft stability and esthetic improvement. The session will then focus on the technique of soft tissue development and guided bone regeneration prior to, during and following implant placement. It will consist of learning an evidence-based surgical approach for maxillary sinus augmentation utilizing lateral wall and osteotome techniques. The key highlight of the course will be hands-on on human cadavers, preserved in a state of the art facility which would give the participants an actual close feel of working on a real live patient.
