    Course Description

Please note this is a multi-session program, sessions cannot be attended individually. One must be registered for session 1 to participate in the rest of the sessions.

This is a  four evening continuing education study club for Treatment Coordinators. Presenting dental treatment to patients can be uncomfortable and often quite intimidating yet is absolutely essential for the financial wellbeing for any dental office. So much is depending on the outcome. Many of us have been put in this role without any formal treatment coordinator continuing education or guidance with little or no tools at our disposal. This study club series is designed to provide an environment of education and support for staff members that are asked to present treatment to patients. Best practices will be discussed and considered as well as ways to develop in-office protocols that will maximize your chances of success. The consultation process will be examined from the patient perspective and all sessions will be moderated by experienced treatment coordinators that have extensive experience and have thoroughly studied the art of effective communication and case acceptance.  All of our instructors have a wealth of experience delivering dental continuing education courses.
